How To Prepare Traditional Eru/Ukazi/Afang Soup - Recipe


INGREDIENTS: 
• ERU LEAF(also known as Ukazi leaf)
• WATER LEAF
• MEAT
• PALM OIL
• MAGGI(CUBES SEASONING)
• SALT
• CRAYFISH
• SEAFOOD
• PEPPER
• DRY FISH
• CANDA,also known as pomo (optional)

Procedures:
1: Slice water leaf into tiny bits, slice Eru( Ukazi) leaf in tiny bits
2: Wash water leaf and keep aside
3: Boil meat with cube(Maggi) and pepper until tender
4: Add water leaf to the meat when the meat water is almost dry.add dry fish
5: Cook for 5mins and keep the pot open so that the leaf don't loose it greenish colour
6: Once water from the water leaf and the meat mixture is almost dry add Eru leaf
7: cook for 5mins and still well
8: Add crayfish,other seafood and
9: Add palm oil and taste. (cook for 10 mins) you are good to go. I hope u understand it well, good luck.
